Make Your Move Easier

I went through a generic moving site online and was assigned Dreezy's Moving Services and was pleasantly surprised by the outcome. The communication once they were assigned to my move was great. I was kept informed on timeline. The quote issued was what I paid. The 3 man crew that came was neatly dressed and courteous. They asked me questions throughout the process on what was going and staying and how my new place laid out. They were very detail orientated in packing and the un-loading was quick because of it. NICE. The one thing I do wish I would have done on my part was to provide more direction and labeling as to where boxes were to go. But it wasn't bad on where they ended up. The service for the price is good. Good handling of my fragile materials.

We hired Dreezy's Moving Service to help us move from our home in New Hope to our condo in Minnetonka, and after using them for four separate moving days over a two-month period, we can confidently give them five stars! Every crew arrived when expected and was ready to get to work immediately. They did not waste any time - these guys were constantly on the go. One of our moving days involved a full truckload and took about eight hours, and we were incredibly impressed that the team never seemed to slow down. They were careful with our belongings, wrapped furniture to protect it, and made sure everything was placed in the correct rooms at our new home. Every team we worked with was friendly, accommodating, hardworking, and professional. Moving is stressful, and spreading ours out over two months could have made it even more complicated, but Dreezy's Moving Service made the entire process remarkably easy. Their pricing was very fair, especially considering how efficiently they worked and the care they took with our belongings. After four great experiences, we wouldn't hesitate to hire Dreezy's again. The company was in constant contact with regard to booking, names of the workers doing the move, and showed up on time! They were fast, efficient and wrapped all furniture pieces with care. 🚨CHARGED ME DOUBLE THE QUOTE🚨 I would not recommend this company based on my experience. I also recommend reading the Yelp reviews before booking, as there are multiple reviews describing similar concerns. I was quoted for approximately 4 hours of packing and loading, but the job took around 8 hours because the workers were extremely slow. I also had to leave during the job to purchase additional shrink wrap because my sofa and larger items had not been wrapped. When I returned, the worker told me I would still be charged the original flat rate. After the job was completed, I was presented with a bill that was more than double what I was quoted. When I questioned it, the worker denied telling me what he had previously said. I tried to find a reasonable compromise because I understood the job had taken longer than expected. Instead, the owner became extremely argumentative and repeatedly yelled at me over the phone. He told me he was tired of customers not wanting to pay and told me not to trust what his own worker had told me because the worker did not know the correct price. As a woman alone and surrounded by multiple men, I felt extremely uncomfortable and intimidated by the situation. I ultimately paid although I disagreed with the price because the workers would not allow me to leave without paying. This was far beyond a simple pricing disagreement. I was given conflicting information about the price, charged more than double the quoted amount, and met with an aggressive response when I tried to resolve the issue professionally.
